Our refund policy at SacredSteelhead.com is valid for 30 days (from the date of sales receipt). To be eligible for a return/refund or exchange, your item(s) must non-sale items, be unused and in the same condition that you received it, which includes original packaging, if applicable.
If returned items do not meet these criteria the request will not be refunded or allowed an exchange.
Any exceptions to this policy are scenarios where obvious fulfilment errors were made by us; such as wrong item, size or qty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or denial of your request. Approved refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
Depending on your bank, digital payment platform (e.g. PayPal) and/or Credit Card Company it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account. If you’ve checked with your provider and you still have not received your refund after 3-4 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Only regular priced apparel and accessories may be refunded; unfortunately, items purchased on Sale and Gift Cards cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item(s) unless our fulfilment process made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your return to reach our location may vary.
Tracking numbers for returns are highly recommended - we will not issue refunds for lost, untracked shipments! We have no control over shipping carriers once your package has been received by their system so is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please ensure your return is packaged appropriately to avoid any physical damage along the way.
